What Florida homeschooling actually requires
We help you with each one. Section 1002.41, F.S.
- 1Send a Notice of Intent to the district within 30 days of starting.
- 2Maintain a portfolio: log of activities, writings, worksheets, creative materials.
- 3Make the portfolio available for inspection on 15-day notice.
- 4Submit an Annual Evaluation by the anniversary of your Notice of Intent.
- 5Preserve each year's portfolio for two years.
- 6Submit a Notice of Termination upon completion or change of residence.

$50 / studentPortfolio review by a certified teacher with the completed county form. We'll confirm whether you need the regular or high-school-completion evaluation when you book.
