What Florida homeschooling actually requires

We help you with each one. Section 1002.41, F.S.

  1. 1Send a Notice of Intent to the district within 30 days of starting.
  2. 2Maintain a portfolio: log of activities, writings, worksheets, creative materials.
  3. 3Make the portfolio available for inspection on 15-day notice.
  4. 4Submit an Annual Evaluation by the anniversary of your Notice of Intent.
  5. 5Preserve each year's portfolio for two years.
  6. 6Submit a Notice of Termination upon completion or change of residence.
